Questions
Why is there a minimum?
Getting reviews flowing takes a few weeks: getting the ask into how you finish a job, and seeing customers start to use it. Three months is long enough to see whether it’s working for you.
What happens after the three months?
It carries on monthly at the same price. Cancel whenever you like and it stops at the end of that month.
What if I leave and come back later?
You’d join at whatever the price is then. The founding price is held only while your subscription is unbroken.
Does Echlo write fake reviews?
No. Every review comes from a real customer’s own answers, and nothing is posted unless they approve it. They post it themselves, under their own name. Echlo never posts on your behalf, never filters out unhappy customers, and never offers incentives for reviews.
Do you guarantee a number of reviews, or good ones?
No. That’s up to your customers and the platforms. What Echlo makes easier is the part between a happy customer and a finished review.
