A review flow, not just a review request.

From the end of a job to a finished public review, and everything you can see along the way.

Your side

Tell Echlo about the job.

Five quick fields: what was done, which areas, the dates, who was on the job, anything extra.

Echlo never adds praise on your behalf: how it went is for your customer to say.

Share it your way.

A link or a QR code, however you already finish a job: text, WhatsApp, email, on the invoice.

Your customer’s side

Is this right?

They confirm what the job was.

A few easy questions.

How it went (Excellent, Good, Disappointing or Poor), then what they like about the result, what stood out, and how the team was to deal with.

Their draft.

Written from their answers, with those answers one tap away. They change anything they like, then approve it.

Post it.

Step by step for the site you use most, with the text ready to paste.

Then the next site.

Every site you use is listed with their review ready to paste, and they can see where they’ve posted. Carrying on takes a tap; nobody is chased.

What you see

Every request, from sent to posted.

Most tools stop at “request sent”. Echlo shows where customers stop, so you can do something about it.

Your numbers at a glance.

How many requests went out, how far they got, and how many reviews went up where, on your phone or at your desk.

The best time to ask is while they're still smiling.

Put the QR code or link where your service ends: the invoice, the receipt, the handover message, the last email. Then say it in person:

“There's a code at the bottom. It takes a few minutes and I'd really appreciate a review while it's fresh.”

We help you find that moment when you join.

The sites your customers already check.

Google, Trustpilot and Facebook, and the sites that matter in your line of work, such as Checkatrade and TrustATrader. Any other site with a review box works too. You choose the platforms and the order when you join.

Echlo

Great work deserves more than ‘Great service.’

Questions

Do my customers need an account or an app?
No. A link or a QR code opens in their phone’s browser.
What if a customer wasn’t happy?
They get the same questions and the same option to post. They’re also asked, privately, what would have made it right, and that goes only to you so you can take action.
Does Echlo post for my customers?
Never. They post it themselves, under their own name. We just help them get there.
Does AI write the reviews?
No. Your customer answers the questions; Echlo turns their answers into readable wording, and they change it and approve it. Nothing goes up that they didn’t say or agree to.
